Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of feeling happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means Higher Power and Ki which is life force energy.
The beauty of reiki energy is it is very gentle. Reiki operates with free will, so the person, animal or plant receiving reiki will only receive the depth or amount of universal life force that aligns with their comfort level. All energy sessions are held live over Zoom.

Angelic Liquid Light Healing® is a new healing touch modality that Reiki Master Geordie Numata created in 2013 in conjunction with working with Mata Amritanandamayi (Amma, the world famous hugging saint from India). It is a very sweet, gentle and kind energy modality that humans and animals gravitate to. It partners well with reiki and is beneficial for many different types of energy sessions - deep releases, energy restructuring and goal setting.
